Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and whether your order’s a Shop purchase or Undie Club subscription.

Undie Club Subscriptions

• AU Standard (Letter Service): Usually 3–10 business days from dispatch (untracked).
  

• AU Parcel Post (Tracked Upgrade): Usually 2–8 business days, depending on your region.
  

• International (Tracked Service): Most international orders now include tracking and typically arrive within 7–21 business days.
  
  

Shop Orders (One-Time Purchases)

• 🇦🇺 Standard Parcel Post: 2–8 business days depending on location.
  

• 🇦🇺 Express Post: 1–3 business days (within Express Post Network).
  

• 🌏 International: Delivery times vary, but most parcels arrive in 7–21 business days, all with tracking included.
  
  

Additional notes:

• Subscription and Shop orders ship separately; t-shirts, accessories, and gift items may come from different locations.
  

• Peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, Boxing Day) and public holidays can slightly extend timelines.
