Can I change my address after ordering?Updated 2 months ago
If your parcel hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update your address in time.
Before it ships:
1. Contact us ASAP via Chat or report an issue with your order number and correct address.
2. We’ll update it before dispatch if your order hasn’t been packed.
If it’s already shipped:
You can now update your delivery address directly through the AusPost App for any tracked eParcel orders still in transit.
Just download the Australia Post App, register your details, and follow the prompts under “My Deliveries.”
If it’s sent via untracked letter post, it can’t be rerouted - but if returned to us, we’ll resend it to your new address.
Tip: If you’ve moved house, don’t forget to update your address in your Subscription Portal to keep future deliveries on track!
