Short answer: Subscription deliveries are usually sent via regular letter post (no tracking)Shop orders include tracking.

Step-by-step

  1. Shop order? Open your shipping email and tap the tracking link to see the latest scan events (lodged, in transit, out for delivery, delivered).

  2. Subscription order? Check the delivery window for your region in How long does delivery take?

  3. No email? Search your inbox for “Knobby” or “Your order is on the way”.

  4. Past the window / stalled 7+ days? Hit Report an issue with your order numberdelivery address, and (if available) tracking link.

  5. Authority to leave or apartment deliveries may be left in a safe place—check letterbox, building mailroom, concierge, or with neighbours.
