Because these packs are heavily discounted bundles, returns are limited — but we’ve kept things fair and clear.

Greatest Hits Packs — Returns

• Eligible for return only if all items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Must be returned as a full pack (all 5 items together)

• Returns are for refund only - exchanges aren’t available for individual designs

• Return shipping is customer-paid, unless the item is faulty

 Mystery Packs — Returns

• Final sale due to the surprise nature and discounted pricing

• Not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty

• Designs cannot be swapped or changed

Faulty items (both pack types)

If you receive a faulty item:
1. Take clear photos of the issue
2. Contact [email protected] with your order number
3. In most cases, we’ll send a replacement straight away

We prioritise replacements over refunds where possible to get you sorted quickly.
