If your Knobbys arrive with a fault, we’ll make it right quickly.

Here’s what to do:


 1. Take clear photos of the issue (front, label, and any packaging if relevant).
 2. Email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a quick note describing the problem.
 3. Our team will review your claim and, in most cases, send a replacement pair right away, no need to return the faulty ones.

We prioritise replacements over refunds for speed and sustainability, but if a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
