Start a return or exchangeUpdated 2 months ago

Need to return something? No worries - we’ve made it simple and clear.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

 How to start:
 1. Go to Start a Return or message our Customer Happiness Team.
 2. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and contact details
  • Whether you’d like a refund or exchange


 3. Send your parcel to:
 Knobby Returns
 PO Box 1585, Mooloolaba QLD 4557, Australia
4. Always include a note inside your parcel so our warehouse team knows who the return is from - it helps us process it faster!
5. Keep your tracking number - returns are collected from the PO Box 1–2 times per week and processed soon after.

Tip: Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item is faulty. For international returns, please use a trackable service.
