You can access your Knobby account or member portal anytime to manage your details, subscriptions, and orders.

Here’s how:
1. Head to our Account Login Page.
2. Enter the email address you used to sign up.
3. If it’s your first time logging in, click “Create Account” to activate your profile (we’ll send a link to your email).
4. Once logged in, you’ll see options to:

• View and update your details

• Manage or skip your subscription deliveries

• Redeem loyalty points and track your tier

• Update your payment or shipping information
