Manage my subscription (skip, swap, pause, cancel)Updated a month ago

You can manage your subscription anytime through your personal portal - change delivery timing, size, or even pause when needed.

Here’s how:
1. Log in to your Knobby Account.
2. Click Manage My Subscription to open your Subscription Portal.
3. Find the product you want to edit and select Manage this Subscription.
 4. Use the options below:

• Reschedule: Change your next delivery date or month.
  

• Skip: Skip this upcoming delivery.
  

• Cancel Subscription: End your subscription anytime.

5. To change your size: Select a new size from the dropdown menu and hit Save Changes.

Tip: All changes must be saved before your next renewal date to apply to your upcoming shipment.

If you can’t log in: Resend your activation link from the Account Login page.

Prepaid and Gift Subscriptions

If you purchased a prepaid or gift subscription, please note that all future orders are automatically created at the time of activation.

Because of this, changes such as skipping, swapping, pausing or updating sizes cannot be made through the portal once the prepaid subscription has been activated.
