Forgot your password or just need a refresh? No stress, it’s quick and easy to reset it and get back to your Knobby account.
Here’s how:
1. Head to the Account Login page.
2. Click “Forgot Password?” beneath the login form.
3. Enter the email address linked to your Knobby account.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email — it usually arrives within a few minutes.
5. Click the link in that email and follow the prompts to create a new password.
If you don’t see the email:
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders — sometimes it hides in there.
If you’ve tried a few times and still haven’t received it, reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help reconnect your account.
Tips:
Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters, including a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Once updated, your new password will also work in the Knobby App and your Subscription Portal.
If you’re a subscription member, resetting your account password won’t affect your billing or shipping your deliveries will continue as normal.
