You can manage your Undie Club membership anytime through your Member Portal.

Whether you want to change your style, update your size, use a skip token or cancel your membership, it's all just a few clicks away.

How to manage your subscription

1. Log in to your Knobby Account.

2. Click Manage My Subscription to open your Member Portal.

3. Select the subscription you'd like to manage.

4. Choose from the available options.

Depending on your subscription, you can:

• Change your style or fabrication

• Update your size

• Use a skip token (before the 6th of the month)

• Update your delivery address

• Update your payment method

• Cancel your membership

Important dates

To make sure your changes apply to your next delivery, update your subscription before the 6th of each month.

Changes made after the 6th may not take effect until the following month's shipment.

Can't log in?

Simply head to the Account Login page and request a new activation link. If you're still having trouble accessing your account, our support team is happy to help.

Prepaid & Gift Subscriptions

If you purchased a prepaid or gift subscription, all future orders are created when the subscription is activated.

Because of this, changes such as changing styles, sizes or skipping deliveries can't be made through the Member Portal once the subscription has been activated.
