What do I get with the award?
Every winner receives a free pair of Knobby underwear from a select range of fun, bold designs available in-store. Sizes available for kids, teens, and adults.
How do I redeem my award?
Visit the Knobby retail store at Sunshine Plaza (Maroochydore, QLD) Ground floor, opposite LSKD. Bring your original award certificate with you, and present the tear-away. Sorry, no photos or photocopies. Exchange your certificate with our staff for
Does my certificate need to be numbered?
Yes, every certificate is individually numbered and valid for one free pair. We cannot accept photocopies or images. The number helps us track redemptions fairly and avoid misuse.
What if I lost my certificate?
Unfortunately, we can’t issue replacements. Awards must be redeemed with the original, numbered certificate.
What if my size isn’t available?
No worries! If we’re out of your size in the award range. In the rare event that there are no sizes available instore we can organise an alternate way to get your new Knobby’s, either by post or click and collect from our Warehouse in Chevellam.
Can my family buy matching undies?
Absolutely, and we love it when they do! We’ve got matching designs for dads, mums, siblings, and even grandparents. Just ask our team in-store, and we’ll help you kit out the whole crew.

Can I use the award online?

Is there an expiry date?
