When will I be billed?

Everyone will be billed on the 7th of each month?. All Undie Club memberships now follow the same monthly billing schedule, with payments processed on the 7th of each month. Moving everyone onto the same cycle helps create a more connected experience

Will I be charged twice during the transition?

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment doesn’t go through, we’ll send you a reminder to update your payment details. We’ll retry the payment automatically, but your membership perks, including exclusive monthly designs, aren’t guaranteed forever if payment issues continue.
