When is the deadline to update my details?

To make sure your next Undie Club order ships correctly, any updates to your account should be made before the 6th of each month.

This includes changes to your:

• Delivery address
• Size or style preferences
• Payment details

Changes made after the 6th may not apply until the following month’s shipment, as billing and order processing begin on the 7th.
