Skip tokens must be used before the 6th of each month, prior to billing being processed on the 7th.

Once billing has been processed:

• Late skips cannot be applied
• Support cannot manually reverse or undo processed subscription orders
• Exceptions cannot be made once the monthly cutoff has passed

We recommend checking your monthly sneak peek as early as possible if you think you may want to skip that month’s design.
