Why is my currency showing incorrectly on the website?
Our website automatically displays prices based on your location, browser settings, or previous visits. Occasionally, this can cause prices to appear in a different currency than expected.
This can happen if:
You’ve previously browsed our site from another country
Your browser or device is using a VPN
Your location settings or cookies have changed
Your account was created while viewing the site in a different region
The good news, this is easy to fix.
How do I change the currency on the Knobby website?
On desktop or mobile browser:
Scroll to the bottom of the home page on the Knobby website
Look for the currency or flag selector
Select your correct currency (for example, AUD 🇦🇺)
The prices will update to the correct currency
If the currency still hasn’t updated:
Clear your browser cookies and cache
Refresh the page
Re-select your country at the bottom of the site
If you’re using a VPN, turning it off and refreshing the page can also help.
Will I be charged in the incorrect currency?
No, your final checkout page will always clearly show the currency before payment is processed. If something doesn’t look right at checkout, we recommend stopping and reaching out to us before completing the order.
