You can’t change your default email address within your Knobby account; it’s tied to your original order or subscription setup.
To use a new email, you’ll need to:
Place your next Shop order or Undie Club subscription using your preferred email address.
Future communication, tracking, and renewal notifications will then link to that new email.
Tip: If you simply need to update contact details for communication purposes, reach out to our Customer Happiness Team, and we’ll make a note in your account.
