Redeeming your Knobby Points is easy-peasy, whether you’re using them on a one-time order or towards your subscription. Here’s how to turn those hard-earned points into sweet savings.
Redeeming points on the Knobby Shop (one-time purchases)
1. Log in to your Knobby Account.
2. Open the Rewards tab (bottom-right of your screen or inside your account).
3. Select how many points you’d like to redeem - every 200 points = $10 off.
4. You’ll receive a unique discount code.
5. At checkout, paste that code into the “Discount Code” field before paying.
Tip: You can save your code for later - it’ll stay in your rewards history until you use it.
Redeeming points on subscriptions (Undie Club)
You can also use your rewards on subscription renewals - just a little differently.
1. Redeem your points in the Rewards tab to generate your discount code.
2. Copy the code from your account or email.
3. Log in to your Subscription Portal.
4. Go to Manage → Add Discount Code.
5. Paste the code and hit Apply before your next billing date.
Your discount will automatically apply to your next renewal payment.

Note: Some checkout systems only allow one code per order. If you’d like to combine rewards, message our team, and we’ll help set it up for you.
When can I redeem points?
Anytime you have 200 points or more.
Points can be redeemed on both Shop orders and subscriptions.
Reward codes are valid for 30 days from when they’re created.
Points expire after 12 months. So make sure you use them within the window.
If your code isn’t working:
1. Double-check you’re logged in to the same account.
2. Make sure the code hasn’t expired.
3. Remove any other promo codes (only one discount per order).
4. Still no luck? Contact [email protected] and we’ll fix it faster than you can say “fresh undies.”
