You sure can. There are a couple of ways to stack your points or combine rewards, depending on how (and where) you’re shopping.
For one-time Shop orders
Most checkout systems only allow one discount code per order, which means you can’t paste multiple reward codes at once.
But don’t worry - you’ve got options
Option 1: Redeem a larger reward at once
Instead of redeeming 200 points for $10, keep saving until you can redeem:
300 points = $15 off
500 points = $25 off
You’ll get a single code that gives you a bigger discount in one go.
Option 2: Contact our team to merge codes
If you’ve already redeemed multiple smaller vouchers (e.g. a $10 + $15 + $25 code) and want to use them together, shoot us a quick message at [email protected]. We can combine them manually and issue one tidy code for you to use at checkout.
Tip: If you’re planning a big order, it’s worth saving your points and redeeming one larger reward to make it super smooth at checkout.
For subscriptions (Undie Club)
Subscription rewards are applied a little differently — but combining them is easy.
You can:
1. Redeem multiple codes across multiple billing cycles (one per renewal).
2. Or, contact us to manually apply a larger discount to your next renewal if you’d like to use more than one reward at once.
Example:
If you’ve redeemed $40 in rewards and want it all applied to your next renewal, just email our team, and we’ll bundle it for you so you don’t miss a cent.

Here’s a quick guide to redeeming larger amounts in one go:

Important things to know
Reward codes expire after 30 days from redemption.
Once you’ve redeemed points for a code, those points can’t be reversed back into your account.
If you use multiple vouchers over time, each one deducts separately from your total points balance.
Combined or merged codes can only be created by the Knobby team (for now).
